Return and Refund Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving an eligible product. KLEAR accepts returns of new and slightly used products, including defective and non-defective products.

How returns work

• Returns are accepted by mail.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping and the return label.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to returned products.
• Exchanges are not accepted.

After KLEAR receives and inspects an approved return, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. The customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

To request a return, contact KLEAR with your name, order number, product, and reason for return before mailing the product.
