Klear Optics Lifetime ClearVision Warranty
1. What the Warranty Covers
Klear Optics’ Lifetime ClearVision Warranty ensures that your optic will be repaired or replaced free of charge if it becomes defective or impaired in performance under normal use.
• Unlimited duration — coverage lasts for the practical lifetime of the product.
• Fully transferable — the warranty transfers to any new owner.
• No receipt required — proof of purchase is not necessary to make a claim.
• All defects and damage — we cover damage or defects in materials and workmanship, regardless of the cause.
2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
• Loss or theft of the product
• Intentional damage, abuse, or misuse
• Cosmetic damage that does not impair function (e.g. scratches that don’t affect performance)
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
• “Grey market” products (not purchased via an authorized Klear dealer)
• Electronic components (if applicable) beyond a limited term [if you want to limit that part]
• Normal wear and tear
3. How to Request Warranty Service
1. Fill out Klear’s Warranty Service Request Form (available on our website or via email).
2. Package the product securely in a sturdy box, with adequate padding.
3. Include the service request form inside, with a description of the issue.
4. Ship the product to:

(We will provide a return shipping label or reimburse return postage for covered claims.)
Once received, Klear will inspect the item. If repair is possible, we will repair at no cost; if not, we will replace with an equivalent or better model in full working condition.
4. Turnaround Time & Communication
We aim to respond within 5 business days of receiving your request and deliver a repaired or replacement unit within 2–3 weeks (subject to parts availability). We will keep you updated via email throughout the process.
5. Miscellaneous Provisions
• The warranty is unconditional (subject to exclusions above).
• Klear reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or better specifications.
• This warranty is separate from any legal rights you may have under local consumer protection laws.
• No agent, dealer, or other representative is authorized to modify or negate this warranty.
